They liaise directly with our players via live chat and email to resolve queries and are specially trained to provide a full knowledge base of our promotional materials and ever-evolving environment. It enables them to focus on keeping the customers happy, which ultimately improves their end-user experience.

We provide Customer Support to our players in a number of different languages and hire in a number of different locations globally.

So, with that in mind, can you really create a career out of Customer Service?

The short answer is yes! But there are a few desirable attributes potential applicants will have to show.

Excellent language and communication skills are a must, with an engaged positive attitude also a key skill that will help you move forward from day one. Customer Service can be a fast-paced environment, so if you can juggle multiple tasks at the same time, then you won’t go unnoticed.

Understand the different roles from entry to management and develop your skills to align with each of them. If you put the customer first in everything you do, then this career path is certainly for you.

Do I need previous experience?

Previous experience in a customer-facing role isn’t required, but you’ll be one step ahead of the competition if you have any relevant experience or interest in customer support, online gaming or online payment processes.
