The role: Accounts Analyst, Accounts Receivable (12 months maternity cover contract)

We are looking for an Accounts Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Accounts Receivable team in our Isle of Man office.

Why we need you:-

As Accounts Analyst you will be reconciling both payment processors and bank accounts.  You will have ownership of reconciling daily player deposits and cash outs through payment processors, reconciling company bank accounts both manually and through automated bank reconciliation systems and you will be responsible for the month end preparation and closure of payment processors and bank accounts and uploading to the company accounting system. 

You will be preparing journals to post to the company accounts, as well as completing discrepancy handling and reporting for both payment processors and banks. You’ll have ownership of the daily cash out forecasting and cash management of payment processor balances assigned to you and will need to monitor settlements and fees to ensure they are being adhered to according to contractual agreements.

This role requires you to be responsible for escalation of contractual settlement breaches by processors. Whilst also close liaison with external payment processors and internal payment product management and payment business development teams.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant experience in reconciliations and/or bookkeeping. You’ll have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work without guidance to deliver pre agreed deadlines.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Previous working knowledge of SUN accounting system, including Query and analysis reporting via Excel is desirable.
