Who we’re looking for

You will be a very well-organised individual with an ability to prioritise large volumes of work with potentially changing deadline pressures. You will be a key resource to all the team, so we’re looking for a candidate that is used to communicating effectively and efficiently supporting varied management styles.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Excellently kept, maintained and retrievable books and records are the company’s first defence when faced with legislative breaches and key in the mitigation of criminal, civil and regulatory fines and sanctions; as a result this is a very important appointment and as an ideally candidate you will recognise and demonstrate experience in working at this level in this sort of environment.

The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with the senior managers and other team members, as well as senior leaders in the organisation.

Some knowledge of Anti Bribery and Corruption and International Sanctions books and records requirements would be beneficial.
