The role: We are looking for an Automation Product Analyst to join our Exchange and Sportsbook trading team in Malta or Dublin.

You will be responsible for supporting the EST strategy and to actively work on continuous improvement within Exchange and Sportsbook trading teams and with Sports Operations.
Our teams deal with end-to-end management of the life cycle of a sports event: We build the event with relevant betting markets and prices, and we make sure the event is up on our sites. Afterwards, we promote that event via promotional banners, quick links, promotions, live video. When the event is in play, we manage it closely to make sure we provide the best customer experience. After an event is finished, we close all markets and results are accurately set, so customer’s accounts are updated in no time. Our colleagues come from various domains as operations, kinesiology, fitness and sports, IT.
Why we need you
You will collate and prioritise processes and tasks suitable for automation, assessing operational impact and business benefit. Document all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents. You will make sure documentation and UAT are signed off by partners.
You will be responsible for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT and code review documents. Keep Trading, Sports Operations, APM and Global Automation teams well informed of the status of development requirements and scope.
Develop, implement, and measure process efficiencies. Constantly collaborate closely with trading and operations teams to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas.
Increase customer happiness by being passionate about delivering high performance. Coordinate continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes. Deliver performance reports for Sports Ops and Reports against automation targets and SLAs.
