The role: Business Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our MarTech Delivery team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Are you our next star player?

We are looking for an experienced professional who will play a key part in the expanding Stars Group’s Marketing Technology solutions.

You’ll manage our engagement, CRM and digital products by collecting information, analyzing requirements and creating technical documentation for software development.

You will work closely with our Product team to identify areas for improvement in marketing product functionality.

Why we need you

The team is located in Toronto and now we are looking to expand it in Sofia. The role reports directly to the Delivery Manager of the division.

Some of your duties will be:

  • Perform analysis on problems
  • Facilitate design of solutions
  • Create and review business requirements and functional specifications for complex business processes.
  • Coordinate feature testing and delivery between business units, Dev and QA teams
  • Provide ongoing support for your features in a production environment.

Who we’re looking for

Your experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst (BA) or Systems Analyst (SA) in large online volume environment.
  • Excellent in SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in the sphere of BA, SA or other relevant.
  • Experience with Jira/ Confluence

Your skills:

  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent listener who has a diplomatically approach to the others
