Why we need you?
As a Business Process Analyst – Poker, you will be playing a key part in expanding Stars Group’s poker business. You will have the opportunity to work on various cross-functional integration and enhancements projects.
Also, you can become the company expert on necessary third-party JIRA plugins. For example, learning and using EazyBI to construct custom dashboards and dynamic reports that track burndown charts, available capacity, and other useful information for a variety of audiences.
Some of your responsibilities:
Your main area of responsibility will be to collect data from our development process and build reporting that tracks development status for a variety of audiences. This includes burn down charts, capacity tracking, build health, and OKR/KPI tracking. You will coordinate and align reporting standards with other groups in the company.
You will build high level reports and burn down charts for the executive level management to keep them apprised of the current status of major projects and releases.
You will build and provide regular ongoing reporting for the poker management team on status and available capacity, as well as immediately escalate any issues and inconsistencies, before they cause delays in development.
You will also plan, coordinate and proactively monitor the release cycle, while ensuring that all development resources are properly allocated with development tasks.
