The role: Masterbrand Campaign Manager
We are looking for a talented, ambitious and highly organised Campaign Manager to join our busy and dynamic creative and brand team based in our Leeds office.
As a Campaign Manager you will be leading the build-out of robust campaigns, that will work across global markets and media types. This role will lead our masterbrand campaigns and will push us beyond traditional paid advertising into strong earned media activity.
Why we need you: –
You will help to develop and deliver our 360-degree master brand campaigns. These will not only be TTL but also in earned media; across influencer activity, social media, PR and content executions.
The role will see you leading campaigns through briefing, creative to delivery and you will be responsible for ensuring the brief is fulfilled and stakeholders are managed throughout.
We’re increasing our campaigns and ambition for next year and want to go beyond advertising with support of an earned media expert. We have a brilliant PR team within the business and you will engage with them and our creative teams/agencies to push the Masterbrand globally and hit the campaign objectives.
You will work closely with our Associate Director of Brand and Campaign Planning to make sure the roadmap is realised and we give master brand the same focus we give the Poker, Sports and Casino verticals.
The successful candidate will also support on Poker campaigns, as this continues to be our biggest vertical.
Who are we looking for: –
We are looking for a creative thinker, who can think outside of the box for effective and creative solutions. Being well organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise key projects, anticipating business challenges and recommending solutions are key for this role.
You’ll have account and stakeholder management experience and enjoy working within a fast-pace environment. Strong interpersonal skills are important for this role and the ability to build relationships across our departments.
You will have a background managing campaign activity and creative, and have vast experience managing earned media, specifically; Influencer activity, content activations, social media, PR and even experiential activity.
In addition, any experience working with marketing agencies and being confident to express your own views of communications, marketing and brands will provide you with a good grounding to deal with the variety that this job has to offer.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: –
European / International TTL marketing experience in a brand capacity. As well as, excellent communication and organisation skills that allow you to effectively deal with our stakeholders across the company and external parties.
