The role: Casino Conversion Specialist

We are looking for a Casino Conversion Specialist to join our busy and dynamic Casino Product team in our Dublin office.

Why we need you:

You will report into our Casino Product Experience Manager, your tasks will be to support the acquisition product roadmap. You will contribute to the overall product acquisition strategy, identify potential improvements in the user experience and take end to end ownership for their implementation.

You’ll be working closely with the Casino Acquisition Marketing Team to support current and future acquisition campaigns, you will ensure all products, markets and licenses have the necessary features to deliver an excellent customer experience for new players.

The successful candidate will partner with our Business Intelligence to analyse sign up and first deposit funnels. You will strive to continuously improve acquisition performance across each market by ensuring the onboarding experience is as smooth and intuitive as possible.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Creating high conversion of funnel and offer acceptance rate in key markets.
  • Writing requirements and feature specifications that work backwards from the customer.
  • Performance monitoring of key acquisition markets and products.
  • Mapping onboarding journeys across products and markets.
  • Requesting user testing cycles and coordinating with Casino Ops to analyse results.
  • Elaborating A/B testing plans with Business Intelligence and communicating results.
  • Reporting user journey bugs and follow up on resolution.

Who are we looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and be passionate about optimising customer interactions.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiar with data reporting software
  • Experience in handling software such as JIRA and confluence (or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to take ownership of various projects and be comfortable working with many internal partners.

The ideal candidate will also have

  • Gaming experience and knowledge of the casino industry
  • Experience working on online e-commerce funnels in web and native applications
