The role: Casino CRM Specialist – Early Life
We are looking for a Casino CRM Specialist, focusing specifically on Early Life and Conversion to join our growing PokerStars Casino team based in our Dublin office.
Why we need you:
Reporting to our Senior Lifecycle Manager, the successful candidate will take end to end ownership of the Early Life and Conversion streams for Pokerstars Casino. You will develop and continually optimise these cycles to drive value and engagement from our new customers.
Our Casino vertical, despite already being very successful, represents a huge growth opportunity for the company. The successful applicant will be highly driven and motivated to delivering on planned activities and ultimately target KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar online CRM role.
Key responsibilities:
Demonstrate a mindset geared towards testing and continual improvement of all initiatives and demonstrate a bottom-line focus.
Who are we looking for:
The right candidate will have experience in a fast paced, data-driven online role. Gaming experience is preferable but not crucial. You should enjoy analysing data and be prepared to step into a lively role and build towards the next step in your career.
