The role: Casino Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Casino Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing Casino team based in our Dublin service office, which already has become one of the biggest Casino’s in the industry. 

Are you our next star player?

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the PokerStars Casino product functions run efficiently and that our customers continue to enjoy the suite of casino games available across all platforms. One of the main responsibilities of this role will be management of user-facing Casino environment of our Product.

Why we need you:

Content Management

  • Becoming the ‘super user’ of several internal tools used for user-facing Casino lobby management (training to be provided).
  • Management and coordination of Casino front-end lobby changes required from other Casio teams in timely manner on daily basis.

Operational Support

  • Regular site testing and support of deployments and production changes.
  • Being a point of contact and specialist in all backend systems (training to be provided) and the issue resolution processes.
  • Provide operational support to the wider Casino team.
  • Supporting and maintaining operational processes for any new and existing products.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Reporting and tracking of site changes and site features across licences.
  • Assisting other teams with providing the best tailored Casino product to different audience around the world.

Issue Resolution

  • Resolving escalated queries and implementing new or improved processes to optimise them continuously.
  • Supporting site incidents and issue investigation/resolution within given area of work.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a technically proficient and quality focused individual. You should have previous experience in an e-commerce environment as well as a good understanding of internet technology and devices.

The successful candidate should be hard working, open to learn new things, able to work in fast-paced and changing environment. We would like to welcome to the team a person, who can work independently and as a part of the team, managing his own day-to-day tasks and who takes full responsibilities for his given area of the product. You will also need great communication and relationship building skills. 

As the ideal candidate, you will have: –

Gaming/Casino proven experience. At least a basic office tool knowledge (Excel, Power Point). Analytic skills. Attention for detail. Decision making skills.
