The role: Casino Performance Analyst

We are looking for Casino Performance Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Analytics team in our Leeds office.

Why we need you:

You will be the first point of contact for our Casino partners with regards to insights on the business performance, providing monitoring of the product, the commercial KPIs and customer behaviour. You’ll be working closely with the other Business Intelligence analysts and with the Casino team, becoming the expert on the performance of this vertical.

You will be required to:

  • Monitoring Casino performance through understanding the interactions of relevant KPI’s
  • Quickly identify and monitor emerging trends, opportunities and threats
  • Deliver actionable insights directly
  • Inform the key stakeholders and discuss actions when required.

Who are we looking for

  • You’ll have a degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative area (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) or relevant experience gained in data analytics.
  • A genuine interest and experience in Casino product and the gaming industry is essential.
  • Inquisitive spirit, passion for finding solutions to problems with good time management.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and identify the underlying patterns and trends: practical experience with data and analysis tools on large datasets (Python, MicroStrategy, SPSS, SAS, SQL, R, KNIME, etc.)
  • The ability to tell a ‘story’ of what happened or what will happen: experience creating, reading and explaining data visualisations and/or business KPI’s in a similar role (BI, Finance, Product, IT)
