The role: We are looking for a Compliance Admin Support to be part of our Compliance department team in Isle of Man.

The Compliance team in the Isle of Man requires a full-time team member to assist with a full range of administrative tasks. This role would be ideal for somebody wanting to start a career in Regulatory Compliance as this role gives a good overview of the licencing Compliance teams day to day workings and requirements.  The successful candidate must understand the importance of absolute confidentiality and show strong organisational skills as well as displaying good common sense.

Who we’re looking for?

You will be processing external suppliers’ invoices and licence fees payment (keeping full audit trail).

You will assist with the management of key personnel (as per licence requirements) portfolio. Assist in the documentation and signature acquiring for any licence applications/renewals, annual affirmations/submissions, and regulatory filings.

You will help the team with any ad hoc projects (handling files and folders, uploading documents, scheduling meetings, booking travels and other as the need arises).

Your experience:

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Distinct advantage will bring you:
