We are looking for a Customer Analyst (Google Analytics) to join our growing Betfair International team in our London office.

The Customer Analyst will play a key role in understanding our customers and performance drivers. The analytics department brings data to life – partnering with stakeholders to add insight and analysis to key decision-making processes. Betfair International seeks to improve its localisation across all of its managed jurisdictions with particular focus on Brazil, Spain, Italy and Romania. As our aspirations for sports betting in international markets grow, our analytical resource must grow to match.
Why we need you:
Reporting into the Sports Analytics Manager, you will delve into customer behaviour, providing insight into performance and formulating actionable recommendations to optimise key customer journeys. The customer is at the heart of our business, you will be responsible for growing the teams understanding of our customer and ensuring we always put their experience first. Using a range of visualisation and data source you will be tasked with analysing and identifying new opportunities and efficiencies for the international business, helping to inform commercial decision-making.
