The role: Customer Due Diligence Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Specialist to join our busy results-oriented ‘Due Diligence’ team based in our Hyderabad office.

Why we need you:

You will be responsible for performing customer due diligence and ascertaining a customer’s ability to take part in our site’s offerings by means of an in-depth analysis of the data and trends of the customer’s account. In addition to this you would also need to complete the verification and validation of various supporting documents related to the due diligence process. The overall aim is to ensure that all our customers comply and align with the Group’s licensing and risk requirements in the various jurisdictions in which we operate.

Some of your responsibilities:

Where relevant you will collaborate closely with the Group’s customers via multiple communication channels to assist with specific account and document verification queries, providing fast, accurate and detailed responses to numerous contacts, whilst always ensuring the best levels of customer service.

You need to have the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with a strong customer service and investigative mentality, with first-rate attention to detail and accuracy.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with previous relevant experience in due diligence, online fraud investigations, document verification, and with an AML/KYC background.

We expect you to be familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and experienced in online gaming, or online payment processing, international document verification and AML/KYC processes in general are advantageous, as are additional language skills.
