We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Richmond Hill Office.
Why we need you:
You’ll be playing a key part in the expanding Stars Group’s Marketing Technology solutions. You’ll manage our engagement, CRM and digital products by gathering information, analyzing requirements and producing technical documentation for software development.
You will plan and manage large scale Marketing projects. You will act as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. You will take a leading role in sprint planning, ensuring your squad delivers effectively. You will run daily stand ups, demos and retrospectives.
You will work with our Product team to identify areas for improvement in marketing product functionality. You’ll perform analysis on the problems, facilitate design of the solutions, then prepare and review business requirements and functional specifications for complex business processes. From there, you’ll coordinate feature testing and delivery between business units, the development team and the quality assurance team. Finally, you’ll provide ongoing support for your features in a production environment.
Who are we looking for:
You’ll have experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Systems Analyst (SA) in a large volume online environment. You’ll also have experience as a Project Manager (PM) and Agile methodology. You’ll have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
You’ll have a strong ability in written and oral communication – looking to get your points across to both business stakeholders and developers. You’ll need to be a problem solver, able to multi-task on several projects simultaneously as well as being someone who can find resolutions to conflict easily. You’ll be a team player, looking to support your colleagues all over the world.
If you have experience in online poker, casino, sports book or video game development that’s a plus. In addition, experience with 3rd party integrations, online gaming, online marketing or JIRA/Confluence is a bonus too.
