We are looking for Employee Engagement Specialist to join our busy and dynamic Talent team in our Leeds office.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, International Engagement and Inclusion and will be responsible for liaising with all areas of the Flutter International community to find opportunities to drive continual improvement in engagement,

Why we need you!

Your main responsibilities will be proficiency in analysing, understanding, and leveraging the employee engagement survey trends through our internal surveying tool to coordinate the distribution of results and actions in line with our global strategies. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership team and their divisions to provide input to recommended engagement strategies and actions which will include tracking and reviewing engagement actions plans to support participation, engagement scores and eNPS. The role requires to you to ensure that continuous improvement remains at the heart of all employee engagement initiatives and collaborating with our Business Partners across the organisation.

You will also be required to support the development and implementation of employee recognition and wellbeing schemes, local committees and events crafted to empower and engage people, as well as, coordinating the planning and administrative details of these initiatives. You will be required to produce regular engagement reporting and presentations for leadership teams and key internal partners. Also, coordinating ad hoc engagement surveys and activities in line with specific changes and initiatives.

Another key responsibility will be to work closely with our Learning team to maintain up to date engagement training material. This role requires you to collaborate with teams across the group and suppliers on technical/system issues.

Who are we looking for:-

Previous experience within the field of employer engagement is preferred as well as experience working in a vibrant environment with a commercial and resilient approach is important. You should have the ability to interact with and energize a broad range of multi-generational, multi-cultural and diverse employee groups, with strong partnering skills and strong organisation skills.

Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment, with the ability to actively seek opportunities and propose solutions is desirable. Having relationship-building skills with business leaders/employees, as well as experience in driving change and being a champion of inclusion and diversity is also a plus. Having a proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel are also beneficial.
