We are looking for a GGN Vendor Technical Integrations Manager to join our Casino team in Toronto.

Are you our next star player?

The GGN Vendor Technical Integrations Manager will play a key role in the delivery of content to the GGN pipeline, managing Vendor relationships, projects, content and Vendor connectivity for GGN services. You will completely own every aspect of the project from initial vendor workshops to the rollout of games to every single regulatory license.

Ensuring the definition of project goals, scope and deliverables, you will also be involved with all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned

Why we need you

The GGN Vendor Technical Integrations Manager will:

  • Create and execute a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, including resources, risks, timelines and maintaining transparency for key stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with Vendors to ensure timelines are being met
  • Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent projects and make agile adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Assist release management team in rollout of projects ensuring Operations team is fully supported and aware of new project features/requirements
  • Any other requests coming from management

Who we’re looking for

Your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BA and/or PM certification with project management experience with software/IT projects is preferred
  • Experience working with various stakeholders with the ability to effectively lead projects and coordinate between teams

Desired skills:

  • Outstanding ability to effectively articulate views across all levels for all communication channels
  • Knowledge of online gaming (e.g. poker, casino, sportsbook), regulatory/licencing projects and 3rd party integrations
  • Strong understanding of software development process in large scale e-commerce environment


  • Robust relationship building, leadership skills and negotiation techniques
  • Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Multi-task planning and organizing of several projects at once
