The role: HR Tech Reporting Administrator
We are looking for a HR Tech Reporting Administrator to join our HR Operations team based in our Isle of Man office.

We are looking for someone who will work as part of our HR Operations team and will provide assistance with HR management information and analytics, report creation, dashboard creation, and data manipulation/cleansing/loading. You will take responsibility for reporting, analytics and support requirements and translate these into actionable & useful solutions for end users.

You should have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, delivery and customer focussed. You’ll need advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office suite programs and ideally a good understanding of People systems. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with geographically remote colleagues.
You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively communicate with technology and business professionals. Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability. We’re looking for an adaptable self-starter with capability to manage and prioritise workload appropriately.
