The role: HR Tech Reporting Administrator

We are looking for a HR Tech Reporting Administrator to join our HR Operations team based in our Isle of Man office.

Are you our next start player?

We are looking for someone who will work as part of our HR Operations team and will provide assistance with HR management information and analytics, report creation, dashboard creation, and data manipulation/cleansing/loading. You will take responsibility for reporting, analytics and support requirements and translate these into actionable & useful solutions for end users. 

Why we need you:

  • Develop technical expertise in various Workday technologies, including but not limited to, the reporting and analytics framework
  • Provide support on the design, development, testing and deployment of new reports/integrations and help maintain existing integrations
  • Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalise new reports/methods as required
  • Create and maintain standardised real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner
  • Assistance to help monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and other internal/external vendor systems
  • Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed
  • Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the automation of the reporting process
  • Support the team with release management review and testing, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities
  • Assist project teams in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality
  • Maintain the integrity of data in Workday, using attention to detail to identify and investigate data anomalies and assist in rectifying root causes
  • Help support other systems under the HR Operations team remit

Who are we looking for:

You should have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, delivery and customer focussed. You’ll need advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office suite programs and ideally a good understanding of People systems. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with geographically remote colleagues.

You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively communicate with technology and business professionals. Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability. We’re looking for an adaptable self-starter with capability to manage and prioritise workload appropriately.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a STEM subject
  • Workday HCM experience, report writing and integrations
  • Working knowledge of webservices
  • Database & SQL experience
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Project experience
  • Demonstrated self directed learning
  • System testing experience
