The role: Innovation Analyst

We are looking for an Innovation Analyst  to join our team in Isle of Man.

The Innovation Analyst role will sit within the Process Automation & Innovation function which is a part of the Customer & Product org.

The Innovation Analyst will support with the day to day running of our innovation lab, covering review, response, reporting & coordination of communications, ideas and monthly reports. Role will also support the Innovation specialist with helping to deliver on the wider functions strategy & goals.  

You will be part of a diverse function based across different locations who strive to break the distance by using our technologies to communicate better and to upskill and support each other on a daily basis. We are proud of the relationships we have built with our suppliers and the rest of the business.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day running of our innovation & ideation platform.
  • Proactively engaging stakeholders and peers across the business on new & existing ideas in order to support progress & delivery.
  • Support with pulling together our regular reporting for monthly packs, newsletters, success stories and video content.
  • Planning and delivery of our ‘innovation missions’, working closely with stakeholders to understand problems & key areas of focus.
  • Maintenance of our Ideanote space and site ensuring it is kept fresh & up-to-date with relevant news, trends & articles of interest.
  • Support management in creating a peer engagement plan that is positioned around the Operations Ideation framework which should include Shark Tank and/or Hackathon style events.
  • Foster collaboration amongst the various teams, contributing towards an inter-departmental innovative pipeline.
  • Identify trends and support internal/ external research to ensure we are delivering on our Values commitments.

Skills and Capabilities


  • Possess first class analysis & design skills with a proven track record of identifying and implementing solutions that add measurable value.
  • Strong collaboration is essential, with heightened influential and organisational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within a global, growing business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and all communication tools, critical for presentation purposes and sharing progress, risks and vision.
  • Experience working within an Operations / Contact Centre environment and the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and stakeholder management.

The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:

  • Project management & business analysis experience, qualifications or formal training
  • Lean Six Sigma &/or Agile Scrum qualification or formal training.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
