The role: Insight Community Manager
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our busy and dynamic Consumer & Market Understanding team based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you:
This role is part of the Consumer and Market Understanding team – we conduct market research across the globe through online surveys, interviews, focus groups etc. One way we reach people to get customers to have their say through research is through research communities.
We’re using insight communities to give our customers a voice in helping us to craft better products, offers and experiences. This new and varied role will be pivotal in managing and maintaining our communities of customers, allowing their perspectives to be shared with colleagues at all levels and in all teams.
PokerStars currently have several research communities – these are online platforms our customers can join to take part in regular research. We are looking to expand the number of communities we have and require an organised individual to lead this area. To ensure that the business and members of the community are getting the most out of it, you will be key to ensuring that content on the site is up to date and refreshed regularly, that we communicate with members consistently and at the right frequency and provide feedback to members about changes they have influenced.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a self-starter with outstanding organisational skills who have previous project management experience. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and external partners. As part of the role, you will also be producing online content for an online platform of poker players, casino gamers and sports betters across several countries. Full training in Sparq (online platform which hosts our communities) will be provided. Additionally, you have proven experience with content/mailer or social media management tools e.g. Hootsuite, Social Pilot, Mail Chimp
