We are looking for a Junior Paid Social Campaign Executive to join our busy and dynamic Performance Marketing team based in our Leeds office.
Why we need you: –
You will be responsible for the day to day implementation, analysis and optimisation of global paid social media campaigns in a number of regions and across multiple social channels. The role will require you to build ad campaigns, and optimise accordingly with a data driven approach to deliver on agreed campaign KPIs and targets across social media channels.
You will help to ideate, develop and execute paid social campaigns across both app and web products with the aim of growing new customer acquisition, reactivation and retention to PokerStars products.
You’ll manage the creation of campaigns, with pre-set budgets and you will have day to day relationships with our internal teams such as creative studio, BI and vertical stakeholders to drive performance via sophisticated paid social marketing channels, whilst liaising with major social platforms to identify new growth opportunities to be recommended.
As part of your role, you will work closely with the paid social team, as well as with teams across the Group to help implement initiatives that will promote the Group’s products to current and potential customers. Recommending and supporting the implementation of new innovative technology and strategies to generate campaign efficiency will be key to our continued growth. You will initiate plans to test creative, messaging, targeting, and reporting to help optimise performance continually.
Who are we looking for:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have 12 months hands on experience- working in Paid Social platforms from ad building to analysis and reporting of campaigns. This will include tried and tested experience in executing effective paid social campaigns. You will be eager to learn and willing to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of where paid social media sits in the wider marketing mix.
As the ideal candidate: –
You’ll have a good understanding of social media advertising platforms and experience in campaign set up and optimisations in all platforms. You will be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of data, and how it can be used to drive decisions.
