The role: Key Account EDD Executive

We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our rapidly growing Key Account Management team, based in our Malta Offices.

We are looking to build an industry leading experience, where players do not want to play anywhere else. You will play a key role in helping Pokerstars to grow and handle the High Value player segment while ensuring that the highest integrity standard approach is applied to each account.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Why we need you

You will be responsible for profiling accounts to establish a risk level based on players activity, conducting proactive communications to ensure responsible gaming and contacting customers to support our Risk and Compliance department in their ongoing tasks.

You will apply an individual approach to each customer and contact tailoring your approach to the customer profile and communication preferences treating each of them differently to use always the most efficient strategy to reach out objectives.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a person able to analyse customers from a risk perspective and provide an excellent customer experience to our most valuable players.

Your experience:

You must have experience with multiple gaming products and a keen interest in the gambling industry to be able to talk the players’ language from types of game variants to poker slang will provide you with a good grounding to take care of the variety that this job has to offer.

Your skills:

You will need a keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

Your behaviours:

You would need to be a personal and sociable individual, who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life, who has experience working in customer facing jobs and is commercially focused and used to hitting targets.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience dealing with High Value customers within an ecommerce environment is vital. Previous experience working in a Compliance, Risk or Responsible Gaming environment is highly desirable. Strong excel skills and good knowledge of internal tools and procedures desired.
