The role: Learning Technologies Lead

We are looking for a Learning Technologies Lead to join our International Learning and Development team in London.

Reporting to the Senior Learning Partner, you will manage designated learning processes and work closely with the organisation’s relevant leadership team. Your main responsibility will be introducing effective technological solutions to maximize product and impact of the learning team and taking care of the learning team budget.

Why we need you

As our Learning Technologies Lead, your role will be to lead projects for the learning team and be part of the wider HR project team, leveraging technology to maximize the scope of learning offerings. You will also be expected to research and pilot new learning methods and maintain the learning system data.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting learning budget allocation and forecasts to minimize cost and oversee related administrative tasks.
  • Interpreting, designing and facilitating learning solutions to support the organisational change and development outlined in the overall Learning strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based (including eLearning), self-managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate.
  • Providing development by coaching and 1:1 support for Senior Managers and Leaders across the Group.
  • Developing own practice through continuous improvement in the learning field.
  • Supporting and developing less experienced team members and share insights with the wider team.

Who we’re looking for:

You will have a graduate/postgraduate level of education (or equivalent) in a learning or human resources subject area with significant experience in delivering learning at senior management level and in a range of development areas. You will also have previous experience in project management and managing team budget. A familiarity with Learning Management systems and knowledge of video editing software would be beneficial, but not essential. Other desirable qualifications may include DiSC or TEIQue certification, or a postgraduate level coaching qualification.
