We are looking for a Media Team Coordinator to join our PokerStars Marketing team based in our Malta office.

As part of the newly formed Flutter International Division, the PokerStars Marketing team is gearing up for a period of rapid expansion to fulfil its plan and vision to become one of the world’s leading gaming brands, expanding into new markets and new verticals.

Media is the single biggest investment line in the organization and the mission here is to help build a market leading Media Function that will oversee this investment. The team is built around local market specialists with a deep understanding of the markets they focus on, the customers we are targeting and their media consumption and trends.

The Media Team coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Media Team’s activities, leading the team to better performance. Reporting into the Media Operations Senior Manager, you will be available to the team to provide guidance and information. You will take the lead on management of the team’s media calendars, spend, invoice processing, contract processing, shared tools and shared online spaces. You will also be assigned several ad hoc duties which help the Department reaches its full potential.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Why we need you

You will be responsible for the coordination of all central calendars, tools and online spaces such as confluence and SharePoint, and promoting the effective use of time within the team, keeping everyone informed of what is going on daily and what will be happening in the future. You will also coordinate all of the team’s payments, reporting on spend on a weekly basis. When new team members come on board, you will oversee their training and set-up on all tools, either directly or through reporting to others.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all team contracts and due diligence processes are executed following Group’s guidelines.
  • Coordinating all team presentations, reports, data gathering, and any other activity as requested.
  • Supporting in approval of media assets.
  • Recording all team goals and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting on this.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to reach operational and departmental goals.
  • Handling routine administrative tasks, such as setting meeting agendas and recording decisions and actions from these meetings.
  • Supporting in identifying, and management of implementing, improvements to automate manual tasks which increase the speed of processing as well as accuracy.
  • Working within existing and developing infrastructures to implement productive changes.
  • Supporting development of processes and procedures.
  • Audit activity and processes as requested.

Who we’re looking for

You will have:

  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to transform and present data for use in decision making.
  • Previous administrative experience for a large organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately while under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • The ability to take ownership of projects.
  • A willingness to learn and proactive in sourcing relevant knowledge to self-solve.
