As the Mid-Senior Designer for PokerStars Casino, you will create the visual identities, branding, logos and CRM graphics to support Casino CRM promotions across the web estates.

You will be a confident designer who is able to combine marketing acuity, creativity and branding design expertise to deliver engaging campaigns/promotions. You’ll play a key role in delivering exciting, high-profile projects. You’ll be responsible for concepts and all mediums as requested by internal stakeholders on the PokerStars Casino brand. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is on brief, maintains the brand image and is executed within the timelines. You will become an integral part of the Casino design team and help build the working relationship with stakeholders for Casino.

Why we need you:

You’ll be creating CRM promo identities or logos which will involve being a hands-on designer, responsible for brand development, creative concepts and visual identities for campaigns/promotions, across the business. This may include working across various verticals or disciplines.

You will support the design manager with managing day-to-day workloads, cover the DM role while they are on holiday and working with them to build robust procedures. This will involve building and maintaining high level working relationships and services.

You’ll also provide support and guidance to the other designers, overseeing them on specific design projects when requested as well as liaise with other branches of Design Studio, stakeholders and all external resources, as needed on a day-to-day basis, to deliver requested assets.

Who are we looking for:

To be successful in this role you will have around 8 years hands on experience working in design – a degree in design is also an added plus. You will be a sophisticated user of Adobe CS software on Mac platform, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A strong portfolio showing a detailed understanding and experience in online digital graphic’s design is meaningful as is the ability to design outstanding and refined promotion values. Excellent typographic and photo retouching skills are also crucial.

You’ll be able to refine promotional visuals as well as a willingness to follow creative direction. This is a fast-paced environment with established processes, so experience with this as well as working with strong brand guidelines is important.

You will need to be highly organised, good at problem solving and have strong interpersonal as well as organisational skills.

As the ideal candidate:

Knowledge of, or experience in, poker, casino or sports-betting industries is a plus as is experience with other creative fields (Illustration, Animation, 3D) – we have teams that specialise in these areas but the ability to consult with them or work with them on projects would be beneficial. Experience supporting junior designers and/or freelancers will also be beneficial.
