The role: Modelling Analyst

We are looking for a Modelling Analyst to come be a part of our rapidly growing & evolving Marketing Effectiveness team in our Dublin office.

Are you our next star player?

The Analyst will report into the Department Head of Marketing Effectiveness and modelling team lead, serving as member of the team who is responsible for crafting and delivering modelling capabilities to measure marketing efficiency.

Why we need you:

You’ll be working with the Head of Department and team lead to build and deliver marketing efficiency models.

Your role will include:

  • Application of data modelling to areas such as A/B testing, return on investment analysis, customer journey, etc.
  • Supporting the marketing insights evaluation team with access to and provision of data and analysis
  • Developing new modelling and analysis to answer business questions and inbound queries
  • Work with agency partners & internal partners to ensure that company standard is followed with regards request for & delivery of data and reporting on media asset delivery to enable analysis
  • Work with the marketing insight colleagues to streamline capabilities in terms of analysis & reporting
  • Supervise relevant critical metrics and the impacts on them from various media campaigns

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally have a Degree qualification in a quantitative (STEM) field with experience with SQL/Oracle, Excel, PPT and PowerBI (or equivalent data viz tool) It’s an advantage to have exposure with data analysis application e.g. R, python, SAS, etc. a bonus. Knowledge of the online Poker / Casino / Sportsbook industries would be an asset.

Your experience:

  • Experience of creating and developing models using statistics, and/or machine learning (regression, cluster and segmentation)
  • Comfortable with working with big data sets and fusing multiple data sources. Crafting Data flows and models
  • Previous experience of modelling marketing effectiveness and the consumer journey (A/B, MTA, etc)
  • Pioneer new techniques and models
