The role: Operations Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Intelligence Analyst to join our Operations Planning & Analysis team in Leeds.

Are you our next star player?

As Operations Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for providing insights into the performance and efficiency of the Help Centre through Google Analytics and Customer Journey system. It is a small team and you will be reporting directly to the Operations Analytics and Intelligence Manager. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Group’s projects from a pre-contact perspective are accurately implemented.

Why we need you?

As the company is developing and our customers are growing, we are looking for someone that can drive insights and work closely with partners to support Operational Excellence projects. Also, you will be able to supervise business performance through understanding the complex interaction of multiple KPIs and deliver sophisticated analytical projects within a fast-paced environment.

Who we’re looking for?

We are looking for someone who can use customer journey analytic and can make application of data to areas such as contact mitigation, A/B testing or return on investment. You will be able to extract and analyse very large and wide-ranging data sets and provide ad-hoc analysis and insights when needed.

Your experience:

  • Degree in the quantitative areas or a minimum of three years relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Google DataStudio
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of Python
  • Good knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
  • Premium knowledge in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL / MicroStrategy (or similar)

Your skills:

  • Ability to work within target time
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
  • Ability to see the “big picture”, evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise among many requests
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into meaningful recommendations
  • Maintenance of internal DBA

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Analytics
  • Knowledge of Payments, Support, Security or Operational Practices
  • Knowledge of Transversal knowledge base
  • SEO experience
  • Practical experience with statistical tools (MicroStrategy, SSRS, R, Python, SPSS, SAS, R, KNIME, other)
  • Knowledge of the online Poker / Casino/ Sportsbook industries

What happens next?

If you’re what we’re looking for, next up will be a test and if that goes well we will invite to Zoom interview. If that goes well you will receive one more test and you will be able to present the results from it on another Zoom meeting with the managers.
