The role: We are looking for a Payments Business Development Analyst (Maternity cover 9 months) to join our Payments Business Development team in Isle of Man.

Why we need you

The Payments Business Development team are responsible for the management of all payment processing relationships within the Group, including the identification of new suppliers, negotiation of commercial terms, implementation, and ongoing management of relationships.

You will be responsible for leading Payments related internal reports, documents and processes as well as identifying, reviewing, and recommending new payment solutions! You will provide the individual with the opportunity to work closely with multiple and multifaceted business units around the Group including compliance, finance, treasury, legal and market development team!

Who we’re looking for

  • Carry out ad-hoc research with minimal mentorship as requested from the Payments Business Development Managers.
  • Control, run and distribute internal monthly reports to the relevant internal partners
  • Be responsible for handling the Treasury department requests to change remittance bank accounts with existing payment suppliers
  • Handle regulatory compliance requests on behalf of the Payments Business Development team.
  • Work with Payments Business Development team as the need arises on existing and new payment supplier analysis, development of commercial agreements and building internal business cases to secure product development resource.

Your experience:

  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects independently.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities with minute attention to detail.
  • Proactive, independent, results orientated individual who can work using their own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate throughout an organisation to Executive level
  • Understand relevant compliance, regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Knowledge of payment processing and/or global banking experience is a plus
  • Proactive and eloquent.

  • Detailed knowledge of payment processing
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong in process design and implementation
