The role: We are looking for a Poker CRM Manager to be based in our business partner Sachiko’s office in Mumbai.
Are you our next star player?
You will be responsible for poker promotions and customer communications for PokerStars in India. The role is accountable for all CRM touchpoints in the customer journey.

Who are we looking for:
You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Poker industry along with strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. As you will often be working under time pressure, excellent organisational skills and time management is essential, as is the ability to work alone with little or no supervision. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build relationships across departments and present information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to learn is key, as you will be expected to be proactive in sourcing relevant knowledge in order to self-solve.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Atlassian JIRA/Confluence would be desirable, along with excellent Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse and present data for use in decision making.
