The role: We are looking for a Poker CRM Manager to be based in our Bulgaria office.

You will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging poker promotions and customer communications for PokerStars with the objective to engage and retain customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us.

Why we need you:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Poker CRM, you will:

  • Prepare briefs and execute campaigns end to end, working with various stakeholders across the business to coordinate pre & post-campaign analysis, sandbox product testing of user journeys, budget-tracking and ideation sessions with poker experts.
  • Apply CRM best practices to make change recommendations to various areas in Poker CRM to drive positive changes.
  • Deliver and execute personalised marketing to engage and retain customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us.
  • Provide weekly progress updates on all campaigns & communications you are responsible for.
  • Work closely with the other vertical CRM Teams, Product, and Marketing Tech teams to ensure the best possible customer experience for your campaigns.

Who are we looking for:

You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Poker industry along with strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. As you will often be working under time pressure, excellent organisational skills and time management is essential, as is the ability to work alone with little or no supervision. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build relationships across departments and present information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to learn is key, as you will be expected to be proactive in sourcing relevant knowledge in order to self-solve.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Atlassian JIRA/Confluence would be desirable, along with excellent Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse and present data for use in decision making.
