We are looking for a Portfolio and Programme Manager join our busy and dynamic Poker Product team.

The Poker Product team is at the forefront of shaping PokerStars player offering and ensuring it remains at the cutting edge. We are looking for someone who has a deep love and interest for the game of Poker.

Our Director of Poker Product put it succintly that: "It is nearly impossible to be bored working in Poker Product. Our mandate is to constantly improve and iterate on our player facing offering and ensure that we remain the ultimate destination for online poker by providing the best experiences for our players.”

Why we need you:

Reporting to the Director of Poker Product, you will co-ordinate a collection of strategic processes and decisions that together enable the most effective balance of projects for the Poker Product function. You will manage internal processes for initiative creation, working with Product Managers and other internal stakeholders and guiding them through each stage of the process to reach a satisfactory conclusion. You will help to drive forward new plans, ideas and processes for the role and the wider company in line with the company values and goals. You will create and help to build reports, documents and presentation decks for the Director and Senior leadership.

Who are we looking for:

  • You’ll have a thorough understanding of the online poker industry, including extensive experience playing poker, consuming available training resources and video content, and awareness of commercial moves of other operators
  • You are customer focussed and data driven
  • You are capable to build effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining regular contact and collaboration with the various departments and teams across the company
  • Able to prioritise competing demands and effectively problem solve within a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and credible when working with senior executives
  • Capable of self-motivating in a remote first working environment

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in a business or technology discipline or experience equivalent
  • Previous experience in running programmes and projects is essential
