The role: Poker QA Analyst Intern – 6 months

We are looking for a Poker QA Analyst Intern to join our busy and dynamic Quality Assurance team in Sofia office or Bulgaria remote (within Bulgaria).

Despite the global lockdowns, we’ve seen a sharp increase in our players’ interest in enjoying our products, whether that is sports betting, Poker or online Casino. To support the enjoyment of millions of players all over the world we are seeking a results-oriented and high energy intern.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong poker knowledge or passion to master the game! While the majority of the Poker QA team works out of our office in Ontario, Canada, we request this be part time position with working hours from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EET).

When you intern here you will be:

• Working alongside other Quality Assurance Analysts (QAs) in the Poker Vertical
• Executing test cases across different platforms, including server, desktop Windows/Mac clients, mobile Android/iOS clients, and web clients; verifying actual results against expected results and ensuring that application logs are free of errors and database tables contain valid data.
• Identifying missed requirements, requirement gaps, and functional bugs. You will be documenting and prioritizing these issues and verifying that they are fixed in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with our Production Support team by reproducing issues and investigating server and client logs when needed.

Who we’re looking for

Your experience:

• Online poker experience and a solid understanding of many different poker games/ other types of card games and strategy games.
• Some technical background with Windows, Mac, or mobile devices
• Finishing up a relevant university degree – Computer Science, mathematics, or any natural sciences degrees

Your skills:

• Detail-oriented and be able to catch small issues and inconsistencies that others would miss.
• Very good English language, both verbal and written
• A great teammate
• Naturally curious. You are committed to develop exciting new features and finding defects for our customers.
