We are looking for a Sofia-based Product Coach to join our team our international team.

Reporting to the Head of Product Change, this role is accountable for supporting the creation and successful delivery of a product change strategy that helps to achieve competitive advantage for the PokerStars Product System.Reporting to the Head of Product Change, this role is accountable for supporting the creation and successful delivery of a product change strategy that helps to achieve competitive advantage for the PokerStars Product System.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

The role needs to the champion of the discipline of product across PokerStars.

A successful candidate will:

• bring latest product thinking to bear on the org and continually drive for bar raising of the discipline of product
• not be a passive coach but one enthused by what the best of product discipline can be
• attend conferences, take courses, be instrumental and lead on the challenge of setting up a product academy

Why we need you:

• Coach Product Managers to lead on product initiatives, using your knowledge, skills and experience to build the product teams ‘toolbox’ and improve their efficiency with a powerful arsenal of product management skills, techniques and frameworks
• Have a measurable impact on product management at PokerStars and be able to show how tribe improvements are improving our ability to ship quality, customer centric products
• Work with the Head of Product Change to build out the coaching framework and maturity assessment of the product function
• Contribute to the product management playbook ensuring identification of key stakeholders to contribute to design and support continuous roll out
• Because we are working at scale, be able to facilitate sessions and workshops across tribes and/or business teams and be comfortable in front of large audiences
• Help to plan, mobilise and execute the change plan to uplift maturity of product disciplines, including organisation, roles & responsibilities with in it, competencies, coaching, training, measurement, ways of working & toolset
• Have a communication strategy to show the impact of the Product System, confidently and credibly leading the business through this process
• Build and nurture relationships with all levels of stakeholder, being confident in getting stakeholder buy in where it might be challenging
• Analysing and leveraging data related to change, building insight, providing periodic reports, recommendations and action plans to management & Tribe leaders to drive strategic decision-making
• Identifying impediments to framework adoption and working with teams to resolve them
• Developing training and educational programs and delivering these to the teams or organisation through various channels
• Building out the product knowledge base to ensure the product team has easy access to resource and material.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Agile fluent, Design thinker, Product Management evangelist. Product Management should be a passion and you are aware of many different frameworks and techniques
• Ideally experience in a Product Manager role, you at least need to have worked within a product management framework or product role in some capacity
• Metric obsessed and understands the importance of measuring impact
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience
• Confident and credible presenter, able to adapt communication styles for the relevant audience
• Able to influence across the business without ‘authority’
• Makes decisions that are well-informed and timely
• Creative thinker, able to look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to solve problems 
• Needs to be organised. There is a lot going on as you would expect at an enterprise organisation, and we are operating at huge scale.
