We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our International Sports Product team in Leeds!
Whether pixel perfect UI is your thing, you specialise UX or you love to be involved in the whole end to end process of product design from research to release, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll work on this critical, strategic project, with funding and opportunities to match our huge ambition. It’s your chance to build new products that will be used by millions around the globe, working with the best product and technology professionals, while learning new skills and developing yourself with a new challenge.
You’ll make an impact by identifying problems to be solved, getting feedback on potential solutions, and turning these into phenomenal looking, simple experiences. You’ll play a key role in helping us to create digital experiences that customers love.
You will play a BIG part in our small but growing design team, focusing on product design, discovery and delivery. Also helping shape our UX process, vision and culture across the wider business. You’ll use your design skills to produce a stunning user experience and bring our customer journeys to life through interpreting research, reading the market and anticipating our customers’ needs. You’ll also participate in regular innovation sessions, product reviews, and design sprints.
You’re able to contribute to UX, UI, Style and Brand guidelines for both internal & external use. You have the ability to creatively convey ideas and solutions into wireframes, high fidelity designs and rapid prototypes.
You demonstrate strong conceptualisation, visual, presentation and written communication abilities. You’re no stranger to taking ownership of projects as well as working collaboratively with others.
You’re an expert problem solver, crafting usable and persuasive designs for multiple platforms. You’re a strong communicator who can build successful relationships with fellow designers, our research and insights teams, product managers, marketing executives, developers, business analysts and solutions architects. You keep up to date with the latest industry trends and share this with internal communities. You enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal culture. You thrive in a fast-paced, outcome driven organisation.
Our experience-based salaries are competitive. Plus, there’s a discretionary annual performance bonus. And we provide advice and dedicated assistance to those moving to Leeds.
