Product Executive (Martech)

The role: We are looking for a Product Executive (Martech) to join our Martech Product team in Dublin.

Reporting to a Marketing Product Manager the product executive will be responsible for developing marketing products and for supporting other key marketing initiatives aligned to the Stars Group commercial strategic goals.

Why we need you

You will be responsible for Configuration & Maintenance of Marketing Products/Tools:

• Own and manage the configuration of our digital and CRM tools.
• Manage and control access to the tools
• Support the tools as needed ensuring that any issues with the tools are taken care of in a proactive and timely manner, including validation of issues, partner management and issue resolution
• Manage relationships with our Third Party providers, renewing contracts and paying monthly invoices

You will report to the Product Lifecycle Management:

• Be responsible for reporting around the software development lifecycle
• Foster into the roadmap planning process, working closely with the Product Managers in the team
• Connect with a large group of partners, distributed over multiple locations, and provide accurate progress updates for business and technical users

As for the Product Management:

• Work alongside the product manager to collect and translate the needs of the marketing teams into requirements and priorities
• Supervise and analyse product / feature performance and drive reiteration process
• Work on multiple projects and use strong leadership skills and prioritize your workload accordingly
• Recommend tools and standard methodologies for the measurement of online and offline marketing campaigns

Who we’re looking for

Crucial Skills and Capabilities:

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with an ability to learn
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under your own initiative and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys the challenge of working with multiple teams and a large group of partners across multiple locations
• Willingness to formulate opinions and share them with large or small groups

Desirable:

• Experience using Jira or Confluence
• Exposure to Agile / Lean Kanban or similar methods
• Knowledge of CRM/Marketing and online marketing platforms
• Knowledge of and experience in digital marketing technologies, such as web analytics, tag management, attribution modelling tools, programmatic bidding, DSPs and so on
• Sophisticate Excel or data manipulation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
