The role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Player Experience Product Management team in Leeds.

We are on a mission to set the standards for marketing innovation in Online Gaming. In the Player Experience Product Management team we want to give our marketeers the tools and features required to engage our customers!

Why we need you

You will be responsible for handling the product aspects of Player Experience Marketing features on different Stars Group products. You will work very closely with the Marketing and Vertical Product teams to jointly build the vision for how your products need to evolve and then look after the entire lifecycle of the products – from ideation, through detailed specifications with partners, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment management including feature adoption, as well as managing Stakeholders throughout. You will work with highly capable engineering teams that will see your ideas brought to life, before delivering them into the hands of our Marketing Teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on features that will directly impact the experience of millions of players. The role provides exposure across all of our products (poker, casino and sports) working in a product team dedicated to improving the customer experience.

Who we’re looking for

  • You will lead the full project lifecycle from ideas, through business requirements and design, development, to delivery to players and post-delivery maintenance
  • Translate partner ideas/ high level deliverables into detailed product solutions for engineering to develop
  • Decompose large projects into actionable independent tasks through discovery and analysis practices
  • You will craft and running roadmaps for the delivery of new features
  • Supervise and analysing product / feature performance and drive adoption and iterative improvements
  • Work on multiple projects at once, employ strong time management skills to prioritise your workload accordingly

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Strong interest and aptitude in defining business requirements for software development.
  • Experience in user journey mapping
  • Experience in multi-channel digital environments
  • A genuine interest in online gaming and online marketing
