Why we need you

You will play key role as the Product Manager/ Product Owner of the entire portfolio of PlayStars Social Product and revenue of our mobile social products. You will be defining the product roadmap based on the strategy and vision for our department and our Company overall.

Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams. Blend technology skills with extensive Agile/Scrum experience, a marketing orientation and analytical abilities to evolve product strategy. Prioritize and balance multiple projects within specifications and budget restrictions.

Who we’re looking for

You will be smart self-starter, can multi-task, be diligent, and have concise execution during times of high stress. We’re looking for someone with high energy, excited to be part of a hard-working team, and can handle a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will involve driving product requirements, promotions/sales and feature roadmaps from concept through delivery; writing clear and concise specs for new content, features and systems. We’re looking for someone who can build tuning scenarios for the in-game economy that optimize for an outstanding player experience, player retention and monetization as well as designing sales, optimising ad placements/frequency based on data to drive revenue. Operate sales on CMS system to drive game monetization and analyse game metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, virality) and actively identify and implement optimizations to player experience towards improving LTV.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

A real passion for crafting innovative, fun and compelling games; passion for poker genre as well as experience in designing and tuning a free to play economy along with excellent data analysis skills, experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Ideally, you will also have strong experience in quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters in Excel.

Prior experience at a top mobile / social games company or leading consumer web company with the ability to work collaboratively within a small team along with strong familiarity with iOS and Android markets, trends and standard methodologies.
