The role: We are looking for a Product Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our PokerStars Marketing Technology team in Dublin.

The team is on a mission to set the standards for marketing innovation in Online Gaming. We want to give our marketeers the tools and processes required to reach new and existing customers within the digital marketing landscape.

Are you our next star player?

You will be responsible for handling the product aspects of Digital Marketing features on different PokerStars products. The work will span features for the PPC, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate and SEO teams such as improvements to referral tracking, feedback reporting and operational improvements.

Why we need you

You will work very closely with the Marketing and Vertical Product teams to jointly create the vision for how your products need to evolve and then look after the entire lifecycle of the products – from ideation, through detailed specifications with partners, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment management including feature adoption, as well as managing Stakeholders throughout. You will work with highly capable engineering teams that will see your ideas brought to life, before delivering them into the hands of our Marketing Teams.

We use a mix of commercial off-the-shelf software and bespoke development to deliver our vision. You will take responsibility for the success of your ideas and need to be proficient in running software development delivery across distributed teams.

Who we’re looking for

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from ideas, through business requirements and design, development, to delivery to players and post-delivery maintenance
  • Translation of partner ideas/ high level deliverables into detailed product solutions for engineering to develop
  • Decompose large projects into impactful independent tasks through discovery and analysis practices
  • Build and run roadmaps for the delivery of new features
  • Supervise and analyse product / feature performance and drive adoption and iterative improvements
  • Work on multiple projects at once, employ strong time leadership skills to prioritise your workload accordingly

Your experience:

  • Minimum of three years Product Management experience within either a Digital Marketing or Online Gaming role
  • Shown ability in requirements engineering, gap analysis, business process mapping and analysis, building business cases, etc.
  • Very strong analytical abilities
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Experience in multi-channel digital environments (desktop / mobile / tablet)
  • An appreciation of workflow management within enterprise marketing/e-commerce functions
  • Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done

As The Ideal Candidate you will:

  • Product Management experience within a lean / agile development methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing platforms, such as Google Stack, PPC platforms, Tag Management platforms and Mobile Attribution platforms
  • Understanding of web-based technologies
  • Experience in user journey mapping
  • Knowledge of iGaming industry
  • Experience working with and in geographically distributed team
