The Role: Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our busy and dynamic Product Development team based in our Sofia, Bulgaria Office.

Why we need you:

As a Specialist, you will work within the Account and Operations Product Management (A&OPM) department. The team is responsible for supporting the Operations department’s strategic goals. This is through the product management of player facing and back-office tools and applications. Its customers include all the teams across Operations departments, and very often other departments and Product teams as well.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review and identify process improvements
• Maintain, administrate and configure internal tools and applications, user profiles (e.g. Contact applications, Account Management and other Back Office tools, etc)
• Analyse partners workflows and advise product managers on potential gaps
• Assist in the identification of bugs and troubleshooting issues reported
• Provide reports, mentorship and documentation to assist users or partners
• Collect and analyse data at the identification, validation and post-deployment stages of a product development project
• Conduct and analyse internal user surveys

Who we are looking for:

• Relevant experience gained in a technical support related role within an internet / online based company
• Educated to degree level in computer science or another technology related field or demonstrable technical experience such that they can work comfortably with product managers, data analysts, and make tool configurations
• Ability to handle and prioritise high volumes of responsibilities autonomously, without delays in results
• Strong aptitude in understanding business requirements and internal processes
• Positive relationship management skills – ability to communicate and relate to business users across the company
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
• Superb attention to detail

The ideal candidate will also have

• Experience working with software admin tools and databases
• Experience in working within regulatory frameworks and compliance
• Keen interest and knowledge of programming and software development
