The role: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator  to join our team in Isle of Man.

The Project Coordinator role will sit within the Process Automation & Innovation function which is a part of the Customer & Product org. The role will support our transformational Process Automation & Innovation portfolio of work within PokerStars & other businesses across the international division of Flutter Entertainment. The aim of our function is to enable the departments we service in delivering on their strategy & goals.

In particular the Project Coordinator role will play a key part in our own department’s portfolio of change. As we will look to improve our own ways of working, technology infrastructure & act iteratively with the aim to continuously improve ourselves. The Project Coordinator will manage our change plan & ensure projects are kept on track against deadlines set, supporting with risk mitigation.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will maintain & monitor project plans, schedules & budgets as needed.
  • Organising, attending & participating in stakeholder meetings. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Document & follow up on important actions & decisions from meetings.
  • Support with collation and review of project related research and documentation to support in decision making
  • Prepare necessary presentation material for project meetings, chairing & facilitating meetings where appropriate & distributing minutes to all project team members.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including but not limited to project status updates, change risks across org & chairing regular change management review sessions.
  • Support management team in creating communication & engagement artefacts across a range of channels e.g., Email, Internal Intranet Site, Video, Zoom & Face to Face.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to set framework & all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Create and maintain a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal & objective including benefits forecasting

Skills and Capabilities

Essential

  • Have a keen interest in project or change management with some level of experience being involved in either projects or change management
  • Possess first class analytic & design skills
  • Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and all communication tools, critical for presentation purposes and sharing progress, risks, and vision.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage expectations

The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:

  • Project management experience – participating in successful projects
  • Project management qualifications or formal training
  • Experience utilising Lean 6 Sigma & Agile methodologies
  • Competency in applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Confluence etc
