The role: Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Isle of Man.

The Reporting Analyst role will sit within the Process Automation & Innovation function which is a part of the Customer & Product org. The role will support our transformational Process Automation & Innovation portfolio of work within PokerStars & other businesses across the international division of Flutter Entertainment. The aim of our function is to enable the departments we service in delivering on their strategy & goals.

In particular the Reporting Analyst role will take ownership of our functions Reporting requirements. This will include supporting our Automation Delivery, Customer Applications & Innovation teams with their own reporting requirements, pulling together our monthly tribe update, tracking & reporting on our departmental key results.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up key results & KPI tracking across the function for our Automation Delivery, Customer Applications & Innovation teams.
  • Carry out regular reporting requirements as defined by the business e.g., creating our product artefacts, tribe update, bi-weekly function updates & governance reporting.
  • Document & follow up on important reporting actions & decisions from meetings.
  • Build out a data & reporting strategy for the area working in partnership with the Departments management team.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including but not limited to adhoc reporting, reviewing data & providing insights, and recommendations & supporting with ADHOC research on topics such as latest technology and Automation trends.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the department for all reporting requests.
  • Work with teams across the business as required to collect data and reporting requirements, prioritising as needed.
  • Working with stakeholders (internal & external) to identify new reporting/data opportunities
  • Support management team in creating communication & engagement artefacts across a range of channels e.g., Email, Internal Intranet Site, Video, Zoom & Face to Face.
  • Ensure all work is completed to agreed deadlines, managing any risk accordingly.

Skills and Capabilities


  • Possess first class analytic & design skills
  • Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to read & interpret data and provide summary of findings or recommendations for review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders both internal & external.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage expectations.
