The role: We are looking for a Reward Partner to join our Reward team in Bulgaria.

Why we need you:

Reporting into the International Head of Reward, you will establish a deep understanding of business challenges and provide guidance on the application of reward policies and processes for the International division. The reward structure is highly likely to move to a reward centre of excellence model and therefore flexibility is going to be a key feature of the role. 

You will develop a trusted relationship with the senior leadership teams and HR business partners for the division(s) that you support and work together to understand the reward challenges and opportunities that exist now and will exist in the future.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical reward expertise (i.e. internal and external benchmarking analysis) for all day to day reward operations, as well as being accountable for all job evaluation and development of total reward packages.
  • Providing proactive analysis and specialist advice on all aspects of reward to the CPO and business leaders.
  • Being responsible for delivering all cyclical and ad hoc reward projects, including the annual remuneration review, as well as the completion of all salary benchmarking survey submissions and the development of internal reward structures.
  • Providing analysis on compensation, bonus, equity, recognition awards, and ensuring fairness and equity is at the core of all awards.
  • Developing a robust governance structure for all reward processes.
  • Educating the wider HR team and business leaders on reward principals, governance, policy and processes.
  • Being accountable for the effective communication of all rewards to employees, including the total reward system.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR and Reward team (HR Operations / Payroll / HR Systems / Group Reward etc.).
  • Contributing to reward transformation projects in the business providing knowledge and expertise to ensure successful and smooth delivery.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally you will have experience in Total Reward Frameworks, Employee Benefits including Share plans, Job Sizing, Market Pricing & Benchmarking and Performance Related Reward in an international context. Experience in working in a high growth HR organisation and dealing with multi-jurisdiction and multi-currencies reward challenges is also important.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • In depth knowledge of current Reward trends and expertise in job evaluation, grading and the development of pay and bonus ranges.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and strong numeric ability.
  • The ability to work independently and drive tasks from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver training and education seminars for internal Reward topics.
  • HR systems knowledge and a passion for the industry.
  • Experience of working with Workday reward and benefits modules is also desirable.
