The role: Senior iOS Engineer
We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our International Sports team in the UK!
Our tech teams can work remotely within the UK, occasionally you’ll need to come to the office in Leeds. Not often, but up to 4-5 times a month and of course, we’ll cover all related expenses. Why we need you
We are looking for someone to progressively build, deploy and run outstanding customer experiences on a consolidated Group Sports Betting & Trading Platform across online, mobile and retail in all territories. You will have the opportunity to create the next generation of applications for our brands to support international growth.
Working within our bespoke framework to build performant, immersive sports betting experiences, this will enable you to integrate with our real-time data feeds to give customers the most relevant and up-to-date information around their bets. You will be able to use content management and configuration tools to provide non-technical colleagues with applications to effectively manage sports betting products across many different territories.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is skilled in Swift and using the Xcode IDE. Any exposure to Objective-C is desirable. You will need to be familiar with the latest iOS SDK (iOS12) and have an understanding of HTTP protocols, requests and responses. Any experience with using CocoaPods for dependency management and use of Git source control would be a plus. The role requires a keen interest in the latest mobile development trends.
