The role: Senior Localisation Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Localisation Coordinator to join our growing Central Localisation team, based in our Dublin service office.

Why we need you:

The Central Localisation team is the central point that coordinates the localisation/translation of all marketing and promotional material, as well as all software and any other relevant materials for all the Groups verticals, brands, and departments.

The demand for localisation services is quickly growing, the position of Senior Localisation Coordinator takes responsibility for and coordinates the execution of operational workflows. The Senior Localisation Coordinator will project manage Localisation projects such as adding new products and promotions to the web sites, new vertical licenses, certification processes and new offerings. They will also advise on localisation issues at both a central and regional level.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the Groups offerings are localised and available across the globe, as specified by the Marketing departments
  • Traffic management of content/information between the core business and language teams
  • Service and operational excellence
  • Point of contact for content providing departments on localisation
  • Responsibility for the measurement and quality assurance of the localisation business function
  • Project management of new offerings, web sites, vertical licenses, and certain other non-regular day to day operational workload
  • Providing value added feedback from language teams to central content providing units

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced localisation coordinator (or experience gained in a similar role) with understanding of project management. You are ideally educated to a degree level or hold the equivalent combination of education/experience. You will have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills, with high accuracy. You’ll need to be a clear and concise communicator, comfortable with dealing with partners from across the business. You also have the ability to accept cultural diversity and are a collaborative teammate who can work cross-functionally.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Good knowledge of Computer Aided Translation Tools
  • Shown affinity/experience with one of the following: Legal/Compliance, Software Localisation, IT, Big localisation projects
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
  • Native in a non-English language/ additional languages is desirable
