We’re currently seeking an experienced senior SRE Manager to join our Infrastructure & Production Operations team, driving the implementation and configuration of a complex hybrid datacenter infrastructure, supporting our products across the world.

You’ll be working closely with various delivery resources, infrastructure architects and software engineers, you will have a shown experience in a similar IT leadership role, working at large scale automation, deployment and integration projects in an Agile environment.
Who are we looking for:
You’ll be leading a cross-functional team running production operations and DevOps along with working closely with SRE Architecture team on a hybrid cloud infrastructure. You’ll assist in owning the implementation of next generation automated solutions and act as subject matter expert on DevOps and Production Ops standard methodologies.
You’ll handle relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders as well as lead decomposition and estimation of business-level requirements with the teams and ultimately responsible for meeting the uptime SLA and successful delivery of SRE projects.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education/related experience and demonstrated extensive experience in a similar IT and DevOps Leadership role ideally in an IT Solutions, Consulting, or Professional Services environment, with a consistent record to provide the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills required to produce results.
You’ll have solid understanding and expertise in DevOps solution delivery and strategy along with prior experience working in Agile environments and ability to lead the team through a process transformation.
Solid management skills, ability to coach, motivate and manage other managers and team leads and hold the teams accountable through clear OKR’s and transparent SLA and SLO is important.
Strong communications skills and an ability to communicate effectively with senior management and influence other teams is meaningful. You’ll have the ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions. You’ll be flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes.
You will be a real leader who knows how to motivate the team and build a culture of transparency, ownership and winning. This is a hands-on role, you will act a “player coach” and will participate in technical and architectural discussions and help make technology decisions
