The role: SEO Manager
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Performance Marketing team in Leeds.
Why we need you
We are looking a self-starter to lead the set up of the SEO function for the new PokerStars brand and to develop the SEO performance of the websites across Europe and integrate them into the wider SEO practices of The Stars Group. You’ll need to be an SEO all-rounder, but with a focus on onsite SEO with the ability to work with internal stakeholders.
You’ll report on SEO performance to key stakeholders and liaise with Product and Content teams to ensure that recommendations are fully implemented. You’ll also be responsible for defining keyword ranking targets for PokerStars and work with the wider SEO team and external partners to achieve targets.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an individual with excellent data analysis skills, particularly using Google Analytics. You’ll need a high-level knowledge of SEO tools, particularly SEM Rush, Majestic SEO, and Google Search Console as well as understanding of web development techniques relating to SEO.
You’ll be confident undertaking SEO onsite optimisation, information architecture and keyword research. You’ll need to have strong Excel and presentation skills and enjoy working with people with a wide variety of different skills, including editors, marketers, SEO specialists and developers.
