The role: We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Spanish speaking) on a 12 Month FTC to join our International Brand Marketing team in our London office.
Are you our next star player?
Reporting to the Senior Social & Content Manager, the Social Media Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for executing Betfair’s social media strategy in our target international markets around the world.
This is a key role in the International Brand team, with responsibility for defining campaigns across all the major social media platforms, within multiple countries, whilst ensuring flawless execution at all times. With a particular focus on Spain, your campaigns will enable Betfair to own the betting conversation in a changing advertising landscape where customer engagement with proprietary social content is key to growing our brand.
Adopting a publisher mindset, you and your team will develop social media content that’s genuinely talkable, delivers cut-through, and gets shared on the platforms that matter to our customers. You’ll also take on the challenge of building the Betfair brand in fast growing new markets such as Latin America, working with world class assets like our Copa Libertadores sponsorship and Brazilian football legend Rivaldo to make it happen.
With a team of two people located across Europe and Latin America, in additional to external agency support, this is an opportunity to build a strategy from the ground up, with the resource to execute against it. The role requires a true critical expert who is obsessed with emerging trends in the social media space and has the operational capability to leverage them.
