The role: Employer Brand Specialist (12 month contract)

We’re looking for a Employer Brand Specialist to join our busy and dynamic Talent Branding team in our Sofia office on a 12-month contract (maternity cover).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and creative individual to join our growing international Talent Acquisition and Branding team (TAB).

Reporting into the Talent Branding Manager, you’ll be part of an expanding team that’s based in six locations and working across the whole business – joining us, you’ll have a global impact every day.

You’ll work alongside the Talent Branding Manager to help develop and successfully maintain our EVP with a focus on key locations and business units. You’ll research and identify what makes us attractive to candidates and make insight-driven suggestions on how we can demonstrate this. You’ll also engage with hiring managers and colleagues from TA to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs.

As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Take ownership for one of our core business units, Technology.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Tech TA team and Hiring Managers, partnering with them to balance recruitment media spend based on budget and business hiring needs.
  • Develop expertise and understanding of the unique wants and needs of Tech talent, with a focus on localising the EVP in relevant locations for the business unit.
  • Get involved in various Talent Acquisition and Branding projects.
  • Manage various digital and physical marketing campaigns for your ownership area, as well as brand awareness campaigns for our overall Pokerstars brand.
  • Ensure employer brand content and assets, including copy, is aligned to our corporate guidelines whilst remaining authentic to the company’s culture and relevant to an external talent market.
  • Research the talent market to find relevant audiences, recommend new technology, partnerships and events, and find opportunities to differentiate our overall employer brand
  • Keep an eye on the employer branding activity of our key competitors and industry leaders, evaluating trends and discovering opportunities to refresh and enhance our own content.

Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding storytelling abilities across a variety of channels, including video, careers website, social media, advertising, events, etc.
  • Confidence with a range of digital and physical marketing approaches, including PPC, social media, PR, out of home advertising, etc.
  • Strong content production skills across graphic design, copywriting, web and video.
  • Naturally analytical with a keen eye for business and performance metrics.
  • A logical, solutions-focused outlook, using data to drive creative, insight-driven suggestions.
  • Managing multiple projects, and your time, effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Budget and stakeholder management, including external agency partners.

Your experience:

To be successful in this role, pervious experience within a branding/marketing, human resources or talent acquisition role is desirable.

Knowledge of the Tech talent market, and experience working in a technology, marketing or gaming business, is also a plus.
