The role: Team Lead, Display and Programmatic Media

We are looking for an extraordinary individual to join us as a Team Lead for Display and Programmatic Media to help promote new user growth through our Display Media channel. This role will be based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: –

As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll lead strategy and execution of campaigns across our display partners and DSP using Programmatic buying as well as direct deals in order to assist Direct response and drive Brand matrix KPIs. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to grow one of the largest channels in our company. The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in managing display campaigns and a team of planners and traders. You will have experience in optimizing campaigns to drive optimal results vs budgets and KPIs and you will be able to represent your channel as a subject matter expert with various stakeholders in the company.

Who are we looking for: –

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the HO Digital Media and with the Director of Performance Marketing to develop and lead our newly formed Display and Programmatic team.
  • Lead direct response strategy and manage end-to-end campaign execution within our various DSPs and direct buys across international markets.
  • Evaluate inventory sources, data, analytics solutions and technology platform options in the marketplace
  • Implement and optimize performance tactics across multiple acquisition campaigns
  • Develop partnerships with our display partners to ensure we’re following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas
  • Continuously develop the display channel through direct buys and innovative ways to reach new audiences.
  • Execute brand led campaigns in order to drive broader brand KPIs.
  • Develop a robust test & learn approach towards channels, creative and offers.
  • Negotiate and execute PMPs and direct deals.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: –

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability with display and programmatic. Hands-on keyboard experience in DSPs & Display Networks.
  • Track record handling high campaign volume, large budgets, complex strategies and driving quantifiable results
  • Experience analysing data and communicating findings
  • Understanding of user journeys and funnels in order to impact and perform campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies
  • A passion for marketing; you learn about the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
  • A firm grasp of Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
