The role: Technical Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst to join our Casino DevOps team based in Bulgaria.
Our tech teams work remotely within Bulgaria, occasionally you’ll need to come to the office in Sofia. Not often, but up to 4-5 times a month and of course, we’ll cover all related expenses. Working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Why we need you:
We are looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst who can strategically partner with our full range of IT teams to drive the release and deployment process. You will be running both schedules and build controls to ensure that deployment of releases deliver new functionality while protecting the quality and integrity of existing services.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Experience in a similar role would be a plus. Previous experience within the online gaming industry and a knowledge of our products would be desirable.
